Our lavender foaming cleanser cleans the lash and brow area without over drying. Daily use helps promote healthy lashes and longer lasting retention.

Directions: Dispense 1 Chic É Clean Packet into a foam pump bottle. Add distilled water and mix well. Don't have a foam pump bottle? No problem, just dispense a little into the palm of your hand, mix with water and it's ready to cleanse in between each lash.
