Brow Soap is a cosmetic product that gives the look of laminated "fuller & fluffy" brows. Use it alone or with your other brow products.
How to use:
- Spray water onto the brush that is included with the product
- Dip your brow groomer into the brow soap to lightly coat the bristles with product, brush through your brows, flicking upwards to create a feathered look
